A picturesque organic and sustainable farmlet situated on 5 hectares of contoured land with a private stream looking out to the Huthnance scenic reserve. There is an excellent swimming hole and gentle to more challenging walks. Two strands of bush offer guests a rich native bird life surrounding. There is also a small llama and alpaca farm and Galloway cows who love a cuddle.

The lovely owner of this very special property lives separately in a private wing of the house and privacy is guaranteed for guests unless you want some tips on the history or walks on this stunning property. She maybe found in the garden or tending to animals.

The farm house in all it's charming glory, boasts natural timbers throughout, giving it a genuine cottage feel. On arrival you will, be greeted to a homely comfortable environment of high ceilings, luxurious furnishings and interesting art which adorns the walls. Providing guests with a sense of stress free living at it's very best! Cook up a storm in fully equipped kitchen, come together in the open plan country style living area that opens beautifully to a wonderful alfresco patio. Garden lovers will be treated to rhododendrons and tulip trees which guarantee an abundance of flowering vista from July until November.

Four luxurious bedrooms for a completely restful nights sleep, the master bedroom with balcony access and an ensuite. A further two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and an additional bedroom with two single beds. All quality and simply gorgeous. The main bathroom has a spa bath that you can sink in to after a busy day out exploring. There is also a fully equipped laundry and shower room

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
