Inside, a dedicated games room awaits, complete with a billiard table, board games, puzzles, and a small library—ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. Outdoors, enjoy the spacious patio, private (unheated) pool, and BBQ area, creating the perfect setting for alfresco dining and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining space, and lawn games make it easy to entertain and enjoy the surroundings.

For those who love to stay active, the property boasts a private tennis court and access to a shared jetty. Please note that the jetty is strictly for pick-up and drop-off only—mooring, extended stays, and fishing from the jetty are not permitted. Guests are welcome to fish from the bank instead. With ample parking for up to eight vehicles, convenience is never a concern.

Important House Rules

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm. While an earlier arrival may be possible, it cannot be confirmed until the afternoon prior to your arrival. If an earlier check-in is available, we will send you an SMS by 4pm the day before to confirm.
