An easy 10 minutes walk from the boutique bars, gourmet restaurants, Sawtell Hotel and RSL club in First Ave. Big flat screen Smart TV, with NBN and office nook for the remote working holiday. Kitchenette with single burner, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and toastie machine. Bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In the shared outdoor spaces there is a swimming pool with undercover BBQ to enjoy, and an external laundry with washing machine and ample clothesline space.

‘Aloha 15’ sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably with a Queen bed, drawer space and sitting chair. Single allocated car space and plenty of street parking.
