This is a home made for holidays. Cook up a storm in the huge entertainer’s kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and all the crockery and cookware you'll need. Step onto the balcony with your morning coffee or sunset drink in hand, and take in calming views of native bushland and water.

Inside, there are two comfy living areas to spread out and unwind—each with Smart TVs, Foxtel, and Wi-Fi throughout. If you're mixing a little work with play, there's even a sleek office setup with an electric standing desk—perfect for remote working with a view.

The home has three full bathrooms and a fantastic Games Room for laid-back fun, featuring a pool table, Xbox, bar area, and an extra sofa bed. With generous driveway parking and loads of space, it's ideal for family holidays or group getaways.

Please note: No pets, no smoking, and no parties. CCTV cameras are in place at the front door, side gate (facing the river), and back gate for added peace of mind.
