Gorgeous two storey home with main living area and open plan living, which leads to undercover BBQ area basked in the winter sun. High ceilings and tiled floors throughout the living areas mean this home stays cool in summer whilst you relax and enjoy the modern inclusions such as fast NBN broadband, and guest Netflix is provided on the large flat screen TV.

Kitchen has dishwasher and walk in pantry, and even an ice machine on the fridge. Downstairs there is a separate private bedroom with queen bed, and a third bathroom is also on this level. There is convenient internal access from the double garage.
Upstairs are three other bedrooms and a second living area. Ensuite and walk in robe off the main bedroom and built in robes in other bedrooms. Main bathroom with bath also upstairs.

Beach shower attached to the outside of the house. Nestled on First Avenue, Sawtell Swells is at the back of the block, with entry off Kidd Lane - ensuring you are not on the main street. Only a short stroll to the beach and almost level walk cafes, specialty shops & all that Sawtell has to offer.
