This unit sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 2 singles, plus a spare mattress if you need for an extra child, and enjoys the kitchen conveniences of a dishwasher & microwave. Enjoy the sea breezes through the unit or relax on one of two balconies. An overhead fan is also installed in the master bedroom.

The complex has lock up garaging and an inground swimming pool with paved surround and is a third floor walk-up.
