DULKARA UNIT 11

Please be advised from the 5th of August 2024 until approximately the 13th of September 2024 there will be works on the roof of the Dulkara building. We have been advised the first 4 weeks will involve quite some noise, the last week will be quieter. There will be scaffolding around some areas of the building during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dulkara is in a sought after position and has everything you need for a handy and relaxed holiday. Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and living area and enjoy the convenience of lift access, or only 2 flights of stairs to walk up if you prefer.

This unit is located on level 2.

Dulkara is less than a 1 minute walk to the patrolled area of Kings Beach, a popular and family friendly spot. You will find a great selection of beachfront cafes within a 2 minute walk from the unit - great for a morning coffee and a walk along the boardwalk which is also only 50 metres or so from the building.

Bulcock beach, Happy Valley and the main street of town is easily walked too via the boardwalk, about a10 minute stroll. You will be able to experience all at Kings Beach and surrounds has to offer from Dulkara, and it is perfect for both small families or senior couples being in such a convenient location that you don't need to use your car.

Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff. Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $51 pw for just the main bed or $135 pw for all beds (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).
