The living area offers a light and airy space with TV and air-conditioning. The kitchen is self-contained with a dishwasher, microwave coffee machine and soda stream. The unit is fitted with a water filter for all taps in the bathroom and kitchen.

Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas and childrens playground. The building has a tropical pool area and shared BBQ facility. The unit is close by to an interactive water feature, the Met's Surf Club and recently refurbished Kings Beach Tavern. These are all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features including a single lock up garage, beach accessories, ceiling fans throughout, washing machine and dryer.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor with stairs.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $87 p.w. or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
