The unit offers a good ocean view from your balcony including the Shipping lane, and will sleep up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with a Queen and Bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom).

Enjoy the cooling ocean breezes from your balcony or take a leisurely stroll down to the waterfront where you will find a great selection of cafes and restaurants. Kooringal is a good choice for those seeking an affordable holiday by the water however please do keep in mind that this is an older style unit with older style furnishings.
