This property comes with all the modern appliances including air-conditioning (in living area), free Wi-Fi, TV & DVD, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This property is also fully security screened making it child-friendly.

Furnished with comfort in mind, this apartment is perfectly set up for a short or a long term stay.

Unit 6 is located on the 1st floor with 12 steps to walk up and the complex features a swimming pool & shared BBQ area. Located in a great position to children's playgrounds, a bus stop as well as the Coastal walkway and CBD. There is also a lock up garage for one vehicle.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $159 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
