This secure building has a lift, underground security parking and pool. There is a childrens playground and corner shop around the corner that rents kayaks and SUP's as well free public BBQ's and walking and bike riding tracks through the bushland on the lakes edge.

The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
