The unit is located a short walk to Kings Beach with its wonderful restaurants, cafes, Surf Club, Tavern, waterpark, childrens playground, free BBQs and tidal pool.
Unit 19 is located on the second level with approximately 24 steps from road level. There are about 15 internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms.
Parking is an under carpark with one designated spot, it may not be suitable for 4WD's. There are several free car parks directly out the front of the complex though.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $87 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
