The unit is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, VCR, CD player, small BBQ, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area, front and back balconies plus security screened doors. The bedding is a Queen bed, 2 singles, plus a spare mattress if you need for an extra child.

Lock the car in the garage and leave it there. With restaurants, shopping and the beach within walking distance you won't have much need for it.

**Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee. ***

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
