Wanaka Beachhouse is a stunning holiday home located right on the Bell Block beachfront in New Plymouth. This property offers unobstructed breathtaking waterfront views, making it the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home features bright and sunny living spaces with soft natural tones that blend beautifully with Taranaki's rugged coastline.

Guests can enjoy easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, ideal for cycling and walking past some of New Plymouth's best swimming beaches. The CBD is just a thirty-minute scenic walk away. The Parklands shops area is a three-minute stroll for holiday shopping and coffee. Families can enjoy Hickford Park, which is within walking distance and features a velodrome, BMX park, and sports ground. The Mega Valley Shopping Centre is a six-minute drive, and Ngamotu Golf Course is just five minutes away.
