The home features six to seven main beds, plus two large and comfortable fold-out sofas (one located in its own private lounge area), providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

One Super King bed can be split into two singles for added flexibility. There is also a pop-out bed available that can be positioned as needed.

Please note: The trundle bed and sofa bed are available upon request and are not included as standard bedding.

Bed 1 (ground floor, master): 1x king bed with ensuite (the ensuite can also be accessed by beds 2 and 3 if needed)

Bed 2 (ground floor): 1x queen bed, shares bathroom

Bed 3 (ground floor): 1x single, shares bathroom - (can be added 1x trundle single bed upon request)

Bed 4 (downstairs): 1x king bed with access to a bathroom and separate toilet (can also be accessed by beds 2 and 3 if needed)

Bed 5 (upstairs, studio): 1x queen bed with ensuite (can be added+ 1 double sofa bed on request only
