Deposit: Bookings are essential, with $200 deposit required to confirm your booking and balance payable before or on arrival.

Check-in: NSW time; Arrival/check-in time - 1:00pm, but in some circumstances you may be able to have access to your apartment earlier. Please check with reception the day before your arrival.
Late Arrivals: For arrivals after 5pm, please notify reception the day before your arrival of your ETA.
Check-out: NSW time; by 09:30am.
Your booking and the total amount payable will be confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to availability.
No refunds will be given for early departures once a stay commences at the resort.
Cancellation Policy: Administration fee of $200 will apply when booking is cancelled.
