Villa Alleira is recently renovated five bedroom in two storey villa with modern minimalist Balinese style. The property offers a spacious, open-air living area adjoined with a dining space for 8, and includes a well-equipped kitchen. Outside features green surrounding a private pool with poolside loungers and a BBQ grill. The property includes a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the perfect setting for private dinner parties or gathering with friends. When staying at our villa, you will enjoy a variety of relaxing spaces with a complete privacy. Dining Area: Pool view, feature a large wooden table, seats 10.
Swimming pool: Private swimming pool, 7x3.5 meters, 4 pool loungers and Bale.
Entertainments: TV with international channel, DVD, IPod dock and Internet Wi-Fi (free of charge). One flat screen TV located in the master bedroom and the other one at the living area.
Staff: Villa Manager, gardener and full time staff housekeeper.

Pricing
Rates from 925 AUD to 1,336 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 12:00:00 PM
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- Your arrival detail (arrival time in the villa) and special request (if any) must be informed the management at the latest 3 days prior
- Normal check-in time is at 14.00 ( 2 PM) and the check-out time is at 12.00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is based on the availability and subject to extra charge.
- Late check-out until max. 18.00 (6 PM) will be charged 50% from the price per night. Late check-out until after 6 PM will be charge 1 night price
- There is security deposit at the amount USD 100 for the stay and will be 100% refundable if no claim of loss and damage during your stay.
- Pets is not allowed in the property
- Party or any loud music, which can cause disturbance to the surrounding areas is not permitted in the villa.
