Villa Arushi I is the newly renovated three bedroom villa. The architecture is inspired by modern Balinese style, which make it unique in its concept and give a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The lush tropical garden is perfectly match with its interior, which mostly made from natural wooden elements. Inside there is many pieces of wood, like the dining table and few doors which also bring a quite natural atmosphere, completed with all the greenery in the garden. Around the pool the vegetation is lush, there are a lot of palms and banana trees which is a truly enjoyable view. FACILITIES
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and twin queen size beds, each bedroom has en-suite, AC, flat TV and safety box. Swimming pool:Private pool in the sun with size 7 x 4 meters. There is also sun loungers by the pool to relax and sun bathing.
Bathrooms: 1st ensuite has bathtub & shower, double sink vanities, 2nd ensuite has shower and single vanity. The 3rd bathroom is located upstairs has double vanities with standing rain shower. Each ensuite has toilet and bathroom amenities such soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, bath towel, hand towel and pool towel are provided.
Entertainments : DVD player, flat screen TV with international channels, Wifi.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern equipment such dinner sets and cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juice mixer, rice cooker, coffee maker, water dispenser, 4 gas stove, relevant utensils and crockery.
Living Area: Enclosed living with air-conditioning features comfortable sofa beds and Flat screen TV (with cable) for entertainment and relaxing time with family and friends.
Dining Area: Dining wooden table and chairs for 8 people.

Pricing
Rates from 519 AUD to 679 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 12:00:00 PM
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- Your arrival detail (arrival time in the villa) and special request (if any) must be informed the management at the latest 3 days prior
- Normal check-in time is at 14.00 ( 2 PM) and the check-out time is at 12.00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is based on the availability and subject to extra charge.
- Late check-out until max. 18.00 (6 PM) will be charged 50% from the price per night. Late check-out until after 6 PM will be charge 1 night price
- There is security deposit at the amount USD 100 for the stay and will be 100% refundable if no claim of loss and damage during your stay.
- Pets is not allowed in the property
- Party or any loud music, which can cause disturbance to the surrounding areas is not permitted in the villa.
