With total of 500 metre squared of land, luxury office space, and full set kitchen. This stylish villa is perfect for those who wants to be in the heart of the action. Meantime people will find a very peaceful oasis in Seminyak. All 4 bedrooms with king size bed and each has en-suite uniquely design completed with bathroom amenities & toiletries. Our villa is available for events/parties accommodate up to 50 people (max).

FACILITIES
Bedrooms: 4 unique bedrooms with king size beds and each room has en-suite, AC, TV /DVD tech. There are also safety boxes.
Bathrooms: All 4 bathrooms with hot & cold water, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, tissue toilet, mineral water, mirror, towels and two extra toilet guest as well.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and Wine Cellar "Borreti", with cutlery, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettles, water dispenser, coffee machine, juice mixer, relevant utensils and crockery.
Living Area: Enclosed living with Air conditioning & stylish sofas and plenty of sitting area.
For business minded guest, we have great office space furnished with large tables and chairs uniquely made from teak, metal and glass.
Dining Area: Feature a large funky table indoor/outdoor dining for 8-10 people. beautiful landscape garden.

Low season: 2 nights
High season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights
