Positioned inthe heart of Kingscliff village, the iconic fig tree is one of the most beautiful features seen from all living areas of apartment five and ocean views of the waves crashing next door to Cudgen Surf club are featured from apartment 4.The outside flows inside seamlessly to both suites.

The outdoor furnishings include a high bar setting, sun beds, two out door lounge areas plus two 8 seater entertaining settings. The large open terrace areas provide you with lovely north east facing space for numerous occasions. BBQ breakfasts, Sunset snacks or sunrise.

Both kitchens overlook the ocean terrace with Meile appliances,a large oven to suit and of course the ice/water double door fridge for especially cool drinks on those summer evenings. Quality glassware, crockery etc are included as well as every small kitchen appliance you might desire( coffee machine, slow cooker, milk shake maker, mix master, blender, contact grill and more). With ducted air conditioning throughout makes for a comfortable stay all year round. There are televisions and DVD players in each bedroom plus a play station for the kids. Foxtel is also included with an outlet in the lounge area.

You even have the use of beach chairs and umbrella for your days at the beach which is just across the road.The bedrooms can be configured to 10 singles for a small fee, please call Angela to organise this for you. Linen is included, all you have to do is arrive to a hotel style setting and unpack your bags! An ottoman bed in the lounge room to east terrace takes care of the 7th and 8th guest for this suite. The eastern terrace has a single bedroom with office desk.
