Upon entry the guest suite on the ground floor has its own lounge and courtyard with a covered bridge that leads you the open plan ground floor living areas. With ceiling to floor timber glass bi-folding doors and windows to allow the indoors to unite as one with the out doors formal dining, kitchen and a lovely lounge room with a fire place for those cool winter nights. Nestled to the eastern side of the living area is a day bed built for lazy day dreams by the featured gas rock fire place. Dreams do come true, that is how you will feel relaxed with the ocean views from the timber windows that fold back for you to feel at one in the garden with crystal-blue pacific ocean breezes flowing over you.

A garden entertaining setting seats poolside dining experiences second to none with the water flowing pool feature creating a relaxed setting and for those romantic peaceful nights with your family.

Above this eastern ground floor features the master bedroom and is truly the most beautiful serene suite we have seen in over 28 years of taking care of holiday homes within our exclusive portfolio.

Even the spa bath has an ocean view, allow the cool breezes flow through the balcony doors capturing the waves rolling in and whales leaping in front of your eyes during their seasonal drifts up and down our coast line.

The western upper wing is accessed over a timber with glass featured enclosed bridge set above the lush gardens.

This is home to two queen bedroom suites and private balconies over looking the manicured gardens and pool.

Departing guests must keep the property in a clean & tidy manner during their stay and depart by 10am unless pre organised. One of our friendly team will check and in and out on arrival to ensure all state of the art functions are explained to you for ease and enjoyment during your stay.

Here are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbors. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction. All holiday bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
