The house surrounds a private pool and is ideal for a family, a group of friends or couples to enjoy all year round.

The light and airy design allows the natural sunlight to warm you in winter and the breezes to cool you in summer while you are entertaining or relaxing poolside. Splash is located in the exclusive beach side precinct of Salt Village and is a short walk to cafes, restaurants, the patrolled surf beach and Cudgen Creek.

Splash's kitchen and living areas are open plan and look out at the private pool.

There are four bedrooms and a compact yard with an outdoor play gym for the kids. There is a separate living area for the children to play video games, listen to music and watch TV while you relax with friends in the kitchen/living area. There are three televisions, two bathrooms and a two car garage. It truly is Utopia!


There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
