Kingscliff Beach Holiday Shack offers four bedrooms and two living areas over two levels with a fenced yard for your pets. There is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy one of our best original Kingscliff holiday experiences. For the entertainers, the downstairs kitchenette is fully equipped to accommodate easy access to the brand new barbeque and outdoor setting nestled in the established garden.
You will appreciate an effortless stroll across the road to our alluring sandy beach for a swim and surf, or roam a little further toward the creek for a stand up paddle or swim on the full tide.
For those who like to do a little more than just relax you will find plenty of opportunities to shop and explore with our Kingscliff village markets across the road and the main alfresco, cafe and fashion precinct are within walking distance.
The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am which includes removing rubbish from the property, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, microwave and of course do not forget the BBQ.
There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
