This holiday house is located in Primrose Sands which is only 45 minutes from Hobart and 2.5 hours from Freycinet/Wineglass Bay. A perfect house to stay in prior or following your visit to Freycinet.

The perfect spot to relax with a glass of local Tassie wine, fresh seafood or a sumptuous Eye Fillet sizzling on the BBQ, while enjoying a breathtaking view, with family, friends or just the two of you.

Very secluded, with your own private path down to the ocean and jetty.
The jetty is located within a 2 minute walk. Perfect for fishing, you can watch your children fishing from the comfort of your holiday house (basic fishing gear is supplied).
There is also a boat ramp at the jetty, where you have boat access to a protected bay.
Fantastic swimming beaches within walking distance.

Pick fresh herbs from the garden.

- The perfect spot to see a Tasmanian Devil, see the amazing coast line, try some world famous Tasmanian wine & then explore the history of the penal colony.
- Sorrel (20 minutes away) is the gateway to the beautiful East coast & Freycinet National Park.
- Sorrel has shops, cafes & restaurants. Sorrel Markets are on most Sundays (due to weather).
- Take a 25 minute drive to the historic Richmond & the Coal River valley wine region.

Dogs are WELCOME!
A small bond is required for your fury friend.
Please note there are few house rules for your puppy dog.

Children are charged as an extra guest if they are sleeping in a bed.
Extra's guests are $25 per person, per night.

We do supply a cot and high chair free of charge at each property, however please note we do not supply cot bedding or linen.
