This fine 2-story 2-bedroom house perfectly captures Thai style and culture, crafted around the notions of nature and harmony. Nestled in the verdant hills of Kathu, in the center of Phuket island, it is about half way 10-15 minutes by car from lively Patong and historical Phuket Town.

Nirano Villa 23 is slightly elevated as it is set on a gentle hill to which there are two sets of stairs. One of the two communal pools is right next to it, so the soothing sound of waterfalls gently surrounds the terrace in front of the house. This serene spot is ideal for reading and sunbathing, and so is the second pool that also boasts a lovely Thai sala. The property also has a fitness center, 24 hour security and private parking.

Coming from the terrace, as you enter the villa you will find yourself in the airy master bedroom. It features a sand stone wall and unique wooden details, along with a king size bed, TV, closet with safe and bathrobes. The master bathroom is behind and it has a granite bathtub, rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and 2 stainless steel sinks. The kitchen is on the ground level too, equipped with a small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, plates and utensils.

The second bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the top floor. The room features a king size bed, closet with safety box, mini fridge, TV, and a balcony with 2 chairs. The granite-floor bathroom features a rain shower, toilet and wash basin. Here every detail graciously complements another and the villa embodies a rustic Asian sanctuary with a glam touch through real wooden floors and high-end furnishings.

The villa is placed in a green natural setting that oversees nearby hills and golf courses. Phuket County Club is one of the finest golf havens in Phuket, and it takes about 5 minutes to get there by car. Flying Hanuman is a fun adventure park, only a 2 minutes ride away.
