The house spreads over 2 floors and it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the ground floor comprises a large living room with dining and kitchen, the third bedroom, and a guest bathroom with shower. The living room area is mainly in glass and it faces the sea and the pool patio so you can take in the views even when staying indoors. In the lounge you will find a comfy couch set, coffee table, flat-screen TV with DVD player and surround sound, perfect for enjoying the nights in. Right next to it there is a dining room table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and it is fully fitted for self-catering with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and a large fridge.

The villas first floor is home to two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; when you go up the stairs, the sizable master bedroom is to your right. The master room features a terrace, king size bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom is smaller but it is highly comfortable and it also comes with a king size bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity corner, and a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom (located downstairs close to the guest bathroom) features a king size bed, closet, and a vanity desk.

The villa is set in one of the finest locations Phuket has to offer, right on the beach and a short distance away from prime shopping and attractions. Patong Beach is about 1 km away from the villa, and Patong shopping and infamous nightlife are only 1.5 km or a quick ride away.
