This villa is a fantastic choice for two families vacationing together because of its unique layout.

While one level features one bedroom and a full kitchen, the other is home to two bedrooms, full kitchen and more joint spaces, enabling your group to enjoy shared moments as well as a bit of privacy.

Villa Inigo No.3 belongs to a small complex of several similar villas (which you can also rent if your party is bigger than 6 people), each with its own automated gate which ensures privacy and seclusion.

The house boasts a minimalist European design with beige and earthy tones throughout, and it has its own secure parking. It also comes with a large terrace with a bright blue swimming pool, poolside seating and a couple of sun loungers. You can spend your days in this very spot, or at the nearby beach that is a 10-minute walk away.

The villa has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 fully fitted kitchens. Two of the bedrooms, master and second bedroom, are on the villas first floor. The master bedroom opens to the pool terrace and it has its own dressing room, en suite bathroom, king size bed, working table, TV, and a safe.

The second bedroom is smaller and suitable for children, it is fitted with a king size bed, wardrobe, and a working table; its guests can use the third bathroom accessible from the living room.

The large third bedroom is on the villas ground floor and it features a king size bed, TV, working table, dressing room, and an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with blackout curtains.

As for the common areas, some are located on the villas top floor (pool terrace and open plan living, kitchen and dining room) and some are on the ground level (kitchen with dining and BBQ garden).

Both kitchens are fully fitted for seamless meal preparation and each includes a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a blender; the kitchen upstairs also has an oven. The ground floor dining table has 4 seats while the main dining table on the first floor fits 6 persons.

The living room includes a large flat-screen internet TV, sofa and a couple of chairs next to a table. The villa also comes with a washing machine, ironing set, free W-Fi, and daily maid service.

The villa is within walking distance from stores, restaurants, and spas, and Choeng Mon Beach is 700 meters or a 10-minute stroll away.

Those who love shopping will enjoy paying a visit to a shopping mall called Central Festival that is 4 km away. Fishermans Village in Bophut offers seaside fun for the whole family and it is a quick 15-minute ride or 5.2 km away from the resort.
