Jomtien Beach Condominium is very close the fabulous Jomtien Beach, which offers plenty of space to relax on the many beach chairs here, along with a choice of water-sports to enjoy. Jomtien offers a multitude of restaurants where you can sample a range of cuisines, from local to international; there is a lively nightlife with a fantastic atmosphere - with a variety of bars, cabaret and entertainment venues to choose from (including Super Town - Jomtien's Walking Street); there are also many shops, fresh food markets and night markets.
Pattaya is easily accessible from the condominium, being a short drive or Baht Bus ride away - the main Baht Bus route between Jomtien and Pattaya running along Beach Road. Central Pattaya offers a well known and very lively nightlife, with nightclubs, bars, restaurants and cabaret shows as well as Walking Street; there are also a large variety of shops, markets and a variety of tourist attractions in the area for the whole family to enjoy.

The main living area is furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage space including a wardrobe, cabinets, bedside tables and a storage unit with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a sofa and a table and chairs, along with access to the balcony via large sliding patio doors.
There is a modernly styled and fully tiled bathroom, which includes a stylish marble unit housing a large basin, with storage facilities underneath, and a large walk in shower.
The apartment also benefits from a feature ceiling with concealed dimmer lighting, as well as tiled flooring, down-lighting, curtains, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet)
When leasing a condo it would be standard practice for the tenant to pay utility bills (Electricity, water, internet, etc.) although these charges are relatively small. Most condominiums charge water at approx. 35 baht per cubic meter (1 ton), the average water bill per month for a studio would be 150 baht, and electric at 6 baht per unit.
Fast Internet is available 750 baht up to 1 month usage.
Room service can be provided for 500 Baht for a studio apartment and includes cleaning of room and changing of bedding & towels. Bedding and towels are provided for.
Security Deposit
Upon check in we require a security deposit to the value of 4,000 Thai baht (payable in any currency), which is refundable on check-out in the same currency as received at check-in, or in Thai
Baht, minus any damages and utilities.
