Utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet)

When leasing a condo it would be standard practice for the tenant to pay utility bills (Electricity, water, internet, etc.) although these charges are relatively small. Most condominiums charge water at approx. 35 baht per cubic meter (1 ton), the average water bill per month for a studio would be 150 baht, and electric at 6 baht per unit.

Room service can be provided for 1000 Baht for a 2 bedroom apartment and includes cleaning of room and changing of bedding & towels. Bedding and towels are provided for.

Fast Internet is available 750 baht up to 1 month usage.
