Beds:
A unique aspect of Patong Hill Estate 7 is that all of its bedrooms have a private balcony with lounging and breathtaking views of the seascape. Most of the rooms are furnished with king beds, but 2 guest rooms have two single beds, ideal for any children within the group. All 7 bedrooms afford the convenience of en-suite bathrooms. The "+" bedroom doubles as an office and has a sofa bed. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. 14 people can comfortably sleep in this holiday home.

Baths:
The en-suite bathrooms located in all 7 bedrooms each have a slightly different style and design, but all are well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing. Most of the bathrooms include a tub with shower, and all 7 have shower, toilet, and wash basin. There is an 8th bathroom on the ground level, which is for communal and guest use. This can be accessed from behind the dining area, or from the swimming pool terrace. This double door access offers convenience whether you are inside the villa or around the swimming pool and outdoor dining area.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is lined with natural-finish wood cabinets that provide a warm, nostalgic feel to the space. Gorgeous granite counters top the woodwork, and an island floats in the centre of the room. All the cookware, utensils, and appliances which you'll need to prepare meals during your stay are provided: microwave, stove-top, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender, etc. A daily cook is also staffed to prepare any meals that you desire throughout your vacation.

Living Room:
The main living room is located at the rear of the property adjacent to the pool, and is encased by sliding glass doors so that you can have an open-air environment while socializing with friends and family. Other entertainment options on the property include a billiard room for hosting a friendly tournament among guests, and a screening lounge with a large television for a Friday movie night. A full office is also onsite with a desktop computer, fax, printer, and desk.

Dining Room:
The main dining area is an elegant wooden tabletop seating 14 people. A kitchenette is located to the right of the table and the left side opens up to the pool deck. For a more casual setting like a BBQ or perhaps just a round of cocktails, the outdoor dining pavilion rests next to the private pool and seats 8 guests.
