The entrance opens up to the ground floor which hosts a large living area, 2 bedrooms, and a modern kitchen and dining room. An upper-level has an identical living area as the ground floor, a full office, and 3 more bedrooms. There is also a lower-level which is arguably the most entertaining floor in the villa. Here, a full game room boasts 2 billiard tables, ping-pong, darts, fitness equipment, and a movie theatre. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the lower-level as well.

View Peche Villa is part of a villa community built on the top of a hillside in Rawai, Phuket. While the beach may seem like a long ways from the perspective of your balcony's view, guests are only about 1km from the white sand of Rawai Beach. BEDROOMS
The 8 main bedrooms inside View Peche Villa can sleep 18 adults. All bedrooms are complete with ensuite bathrooms, wardrobe/closet storage, and most have private balconies. 2 bedrooms share the ground floor, both of which have king beds and TVs. The upper-level boasts the master bedroom which has a king bed and living area with couches and a TV. 2 more guest rooms are on this floor: the first has a king bed and the second hosts 2 twin beds. In addition to a massive recreation area, the lowest floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds in each. There is also a 1 bedroom "staff quarters" on the basement floor has 2 bunk-beds and laundry facilities.

BATHROOMS
The ensuite bathrooms of the 8 bedrooms are all different, but each has a shower, toilet, and wash basin facilities. Bathrooms on the ground and upper floors also have large bathtubs in addition to walk-in showers. A guest WC on the ground floor has a toilet and wash basin.

KITCHEN
Located on the ground floor, the kitchen can be accessed by walking around the corner from the living area. An island with black marble countertops sits in the centre of the kitchen, and is accompanied by an outer perimeter of preparation space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern accessories.

LIVING ROOM
Every floor of View Peche Villa has its own living area with couches and a flat-screen TV. The ground and upper floors have seating for about 10 people, but the basement floor/game room has the capacity to host an incredible number of guests. Various seating areas are found throughout the lower-floor including a bar area, several 2 person tables, couches facing a 50' TV, and a movie theatre with 12 recliners.

DINING ROOM
The most deluxe dining area in this villa is the 14 person table on the pool deck. Your group's BBQ aficionado can pull sizzling steaks off the grill and treat diners to an unbeatable eating experience with ocean views as a backdrop to the meal. Two more dining spaces are located in the kitchen. The first is a breakfast bar/island with 3 stools, and in the corner of the room is a Thai-style dining nook.
