Cleaning Fee:
If the booking exceeds 7 nights, a full clean will be provided free of charge. If more frequent changes are required, cleans are charged at 50.00 per 2-hour clean.

Pricing
Rates from 126 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 1:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 11:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 79 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Check-in starts at 13:00. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00 and is subject to availability.
Last check-in is at 23:00. Late arrivals after 23:00 will not be granted access to the property.
Standard check-out time is before 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If you are late checking out without prior agreement, you will be charged 40 GBP an hour.
No parties are allowed. No noise between 11pm and 9am.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of 40.00 per hour for every hour or pro rata for part of an hour.
If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost will be 20.00 an hour.
