Standard check-out time is up to 11:00. A late check-out may be arranged for at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. In case of late checking out without prior agreement, guests will be charged 40 GBP an hour.

The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. That's about 173.89EUR. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
