The dining table seats 4 people and flows through to the living area with a Smart TV, occasional chair and click clack sofa which can be converted into a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to 6 people if needed.
This living area leads through to a newly completed outdoor deck through large glass stacker doors, where youll find another 4 person alfresco dining setting protected by a glass safety fence. From there, its a few steps down to a private, paved courtyard with gas barbecue and retractable clothes line.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, with one bedroom offering loads of wardrobe space for extended stays. The bathroom has more black subway tiling, echoing the kitchen design, as well as floor-to-ceiling white tiles and a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. The apartment itself is less than 10 minutes walk to the shops and eateries on the corner of Johnston and Booth streets, where you can also enjoy a beer and a pub meal at the North Annandale Hotel. Other nearby attractions include Glebe Foreshore Park and the Tramsheds, a buzzy food and shopping mall housed in the former historic Rozelle Tram Depot, less than 10 minutes stroll away. Rozelle Markets and King Street Newtown shopping and restaurant hub are only 10 minutes drive.
The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space, but if you prefer public transport there are bus and light rail (tram) services walking distance away which will take you into Sydneys CBD (Downtown) in about 30 minutes.
Other things to note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
